A new head chef,

From now on, Christophe Poard will be in charge of the piano.

The restaurant "La Truffière" is pleased to inform you of the arrival of its new chef Christophe Poard since February 2016.

Poard Christophe worked as executive chef and was trained at “La Vielle Fontaine 1994/1995**, Le Taillevent 1995/1996 ***, Joël Robuchon 1996/1997***, Le Grand Véfour 1997/1998 ***”.

He received a score of 17/20 in the Gault et Millau in Belgium as head chef at Château D'Hassonville in 2004.

Christophe Poard looks for originality, the pleasure of taste and respect of products as part of the philosophy of our establishment: the one of excellence.
